Terms of Service

This website provides general information about Hello House Cleaning and offers ways to contact us about cleaning services. By using the website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these website terms.

A quote request is an inquiry, not a booking, purchase, or confirmed cleaning appointment. Submitting the form does not by itself create a cleaning-service agreement or require you to purchase a service.

A submission confirmation indicates that the website accepted your request for email delivery. It is not confirmation of availability, an appointment, a price, or a guaranteed response time. We will discuss your needs and any proposed arrangements with you separately.

These website terms do not set booking, pricing, cancellation, refund, or cleaning-service guarantee policies. Any terms for an actual service must be discussed and agreed separately.

Please provide accurate contact information and submit inquiries only for yourself or someone you are authorized to represent. By submitting your details, you ask us to contact you about the inquiry using the email address or telephone number provided.

Do not use the form to send unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or irrelevant material. Information submitted through the website is described in our Privacy Policy.

Do not attempt to disrupt the website, gain unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, send automated spam, or bypass the form’s validation or spam-prevention controls. Use the website in a way that respects other visitors and applicable law.

The Hello House Cleaning name, logo, photographs, and website content are presented for visitors to learn about our business. Do not reuse them commercially or imply an endorsement without permission from the relevant rights holder.

Third-party maps, fonts, and linked websites are provided by their respective operators. Their availability and policies are outside our control; a link does not make their content part of an agreement with Hello House Cleaning.

Website information may be updated, and the website or inquiry form may occasionally be unavailable. If you encounter a problem submitting an inquiry, please contact us directly. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These terms are provided by Hello House Cleaning Services LLC, doing business as Hello House Cleaning. Questions about these website terms or an inquiry can be sent to hello@hellohouseclean.com.
